Some corrupt authorities,  leaders, and greedy builder lobbies have combined to destroy the city's natural watercourses, causing economic and physical danger to many urban settlements due to rainwater infiltration. Although this disaster seems to be natural, it is due to a corrupt administration. Nature is being looted without limits, and this crisis has fallen on the citizens.
